Bad service advisor
by Audi@plano on 05/23/2022I made a service appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early but when I was able to see My service advisor I was told that my vehicle would not be able to be looked at for another 4/5 hours so I said ok just give me a ride home or a loaner… car. I was then told that they can only give me a ride 10 miles away and that they had no loaner cars, but that's not what was on the advertisement. I drove 38 miles to be treated like I was no body...he didn't even try to work anything out. He just ripped the paperwork up and said ok have a nice day.HI, we regret your experience with us here but are glad you brought this to our attention. by WLM on 05/04/2022I've owned 14 Audi's since the 1980's and this dealership was, by far, the worst buying experience ever. Because of vehicle shortages, it was the only dealer I could find the vehicle I was looking for. I drove roundtrip from Austin onlty to… have them pull a "bait and switch" on what they guaranteed me, in writing, on my trade. A week later, when the Audi USA survey was going to be sent to me, they finally agreed to make good on their promise, but only if I would give them 1 full 5 star review. That's basically extortion in my book. Go elsewhere to buy a car. There are plenty of good, reputable Audi Dealers out there.Service for my Audi A3

Unprofessional and inconsiderate
by Disappointed Customer on 03/28/2022Typical sleazy dealership tactics!!! Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. Called and talked to salesman approximately an hour before arriving and all was well. I arrived at the dealership and the salesman takes my D/L so we can… go test drive the vehicle. He then informs me the car is on another lot and he is with another client, but he will have someone else come and take me to see the vehicle. Another salesman comes by and lets me know the car is currently unavailable as it requires servicing. When I asked why I was not informed of this prior to leaving work and driving 45 minutes to the appointment, the BS and lies began. Before he can attempt a bait and switch, I walked away. Respect peoples time, I came to purchase a $75k vehicle, not to play games.Hi, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. by Stella! on 03/25/2022Scheduled service appt., almost two weeks back. Had to have a loaner, as down to one car at home, so this the earliest they could do it. That morning around 0830, service advisor texted me that no cars were available, could I come later or… reschedule...after back and forth, I went at 11:10, after my class that morning...waited over 2 hours for a loaner...Service seems okay, even though today my Apple Play is not working (could be me, but?), Brian as helpful as possible....But you need to do something about your scheduling process, can't address customer service this way! Not sure I would recommend the the dealer...kinks need to be worked out! One unhappy camper!
by Robbie Delley on 02/23/2022I am TOTALLY not impressed with Audi Plano. Entered the dealership on Friday, the 18th around lunch to test drive a 2018 Mercedes GLE350 advertised on Edmunds. Drove the car & loved it. Had a pre-approval from RBFCU for over the financed… amount. I let Anna, the salesperson know. She tried to get me to finance through them, but I refused due to the extra low interest rate offered by RBFCU. They reluctantly prepared a PO which I delivered to the local branch of RBFCU & signed the contract to purchase the vehicle. Stopped & got cashier check for my 8K down payment payable to Audi Plano. RBFCU faxed over payment/finance instructions stating a cashier check would be mailed. RBFCU assured me Audi Plano would release the vehicle with the said documents BUT they did not. So, I left thinking the deal was safe even though Audi Plano stated they could not hold the vehicle. So, in the meantime, I had signed a finance contract on the vehicle plus purchased a 8K cashier’s check on the vehicle. Long story short, Anna the sales person texted on Monday, the 21st, which was a holiday (President’s Day) saying RBFCU was closed & she couldn’t get a status on the cashier’s check. She then texted again on Tuesday, February 22nd at 1:56 stating when they get the check, we would be good to go. Two hours later, she texted and said the vehicle was sold. I’m like huh???? Shocked & frustrated I am writing this review. I know legally they didn’t have to hold the vehicle for me, but ethically is a different story. Anybody over there ever heard of customer service? They couldn’t wait 2 business days to receive a check that they already had finance instructions from RBFCU. Instead, they wanted to try to sell me yet another vehicle even though I had completed paperwork on this specific one. Suffice to say, I will not be doing any business with Audi Plano today or anytime in the near future. Audi Q7 Tires & 30K mile

by MrWilsonSL on 01/14/2022The front end sales experience was ok. Then, I had to wait for about 3 hours after the deal was made to get to the business office to finalize the transaction. A detail job for the car I was buying was promised while I waited, but it didn’t… happen. The finance manager promised to email copies of the sales contract and related documents to me, but I still have not received said email after repeated requests by me. We traded in a vehicle and brought the title with lien release (car was paid off years before). Both were in the same envelope. The next day I got an email from the sales rep saying that they need the lien release. I told them it was in the same envelope as the title. They lost the lien release, and expect me to produce a copy. I protested, but still contacted the bank who agreed to send me a copy of the release. The dealer is threatening to hold the title on the car I purchased until I produce a lien release, which they lost. I don’t have that lien release yet so this drama continues. Dealer personnel I have dealt with are slow to respond to communication and may or may not return phone calls. This has been a frustrating experience, to say the least. I will not consider purchasing anything from this dealer again. This was a cash transaction, by the way, but I was still subjected to a gauntlet of car dealer BS.Great sales and after sales experience

He came out to my house when I had a challenge connecting the electrical charger. And continues to check in… to see if I need anything. Disappointed
by harlemmami on 09/17/2021I had an appointment w/Hunter I. Service for 8:30 AM . When I arrived he very professional and kind. He said they would look at the issue and he would text me his information snd follow up. He ordered me lift home and I never heard from him… again. I called several times around 4 PM and the number provided goes to a call center. They transferred me to Hunters desk and he didn’t answer nor return my calls. I took an Uber at my expense to the dealership to get answers. I was told they were behind schedule and I could be lifted home or wait until tomorrow for a loaner. Really??? Hunter never offered an apology or even tried to schedule a loaner for the same day. I was livid and spoke w/a manger who was nice, but it was obvious they really didn’t care. I guess b/c my car was purchased at a online retailer (their competitor) they didn’t feel the need to treat me equal. Thus the reason I don’t deal with car Dealerships. The snobby attitudes acting as if their doing me a favor is something I refuse to deal with. In addition my entire day was ruined b/c I sat for 8 hours w/no transportation all to be told a part needs to be ordered. Hunter went on to explain that he didn’t know how long the part would take to come In and he couldn’t allow me to have a loaner car for ever. Really? Allow me to have me to have a loaner that I do NOT currently have. The audacity! Hunter was too concerned about NOT loaning me a LOANER instead of accommodating me. You would think he was loaning his own car. It was just ridiculous and petty. I was so turned off by the service experience I returned the my Audi and went with a higher end luxury car altogether. I do not want t to deal with this service department going forward. That lack of communication, professionalism and empathy was not the standard expected from Audi.Hi Harlemmami, we appreciate you taking the time to respond.
