Dealership Service Review
I had an appointment w/Hunter I. Service for 8:30 AM . When I arrived he very professional and kind. He said they would look at the issue and he would text me his information snd follow up. He ordered me lift home and I never heard from him again. I called several times around 4 PM and the number provided goes to a call center. They transferred me to Hunters desk and he didn’t answer nor return my calls. I took an Uber at my expense to the dealership to get answers. I was told they were behind schedule and I could be lifted home or wait until tomorrow for a loaner. Really??? Hunter never offered an apology or even tried to schedule a loaner for the same day. I was livid and spoke w/a manger who was nice, but it was obvious they really didn’t care. I guess b/c my car was purchased at a online retailer (their competitor) they didn’t feel the need to treat me equal. Thus the reason I don’t deal with car Dealerships. The snobby attitudes acting as if their doing me a favor is something I refuse to deal with. In addition my entire day was ruined b/c I sat for 8 hours w/no transportation all to be told a part needs to be ordered. Hunter went on to explain that he didn’t know how long the part would take to come In and he couldn’t allow me to have a loaner car for ever. Really? Allow me to have me to have a loaner that I do NOT currently have. The audacity! Hunter was too concerned about NOT loaning me a LOANER instead of accommodating me. You would think he was loaning his own car. It was just ridiculous and petty. I was so turned off by the service experience I returned the my Audi and went with a higher end luxury car altogether. I do not want t to deal with this service department going forward. That lack of communication, professionalism and empathy was not the standard expected from Audi.
