Dealership Service Review
Scheduled service appt., almost two weeks back. Had to have a loaner, as down to one car at home, so this the earliest they could do it. That morning around 0830, service advisor texted me that no cars were available, could I come later or reschedule...after back and forth, I went at 11:10, after my class that morning...waited over 2 hours for a loaner...Service seems okay, even though today my Apple Play is not working (could be me, but?), Brian as helpful as possible....But you need to do something about your scheduling process, can't address customer service this way! Not sure I would recommend the the dealer...kinks need to be worked out! Unsure if issues addressed yet...so for now satisfied with the work performed.
