Bad service advisor

onI made a service appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early but when I was able to see My service advisor I was told that my vehicle would not be able to be looked at for another 4/5 hours so I said ok just give me a ride home or a loaner car. I was then told that they can only give me a ride 10 miles away and that they had no loaner cars, but that's not what was on the advertisement. I drove 38 miles to be treated like I was no body...he didn't even try to work anything out. He just ripped the paperwork up and said ok have a nice day.
