    Very pleased with the service I received when I took my 2019 Expedition in for transmission issue. I was told they would need to keep my car for 3 days but was pleasantly surprised to get a call in just one day. They ran diagnostics and were able to fix the problem. The service people were friendly and very helpful.

    Demi Williams by far the best sales person I’ve ever had. Why? 1) knowledgeable of every Ford Product. He was able to answer and explain every detail of every truck we go in. Not pressuring me to buy or annoying but the guy just knew his stuff, 2) Honest and respectful. When something could not be done (ex: test drive a Ford performance vehicle) he was able to articulate it in a professional manner and provide options for us to compare and contrast, 3) working the numbers was easy and he was able to provide the best options possible and work my situation out with no problems.

    Had scheduled oil change waited for 1-1/2 hours to have the service advisor tell me they ran out of oil. Ran out oil, Never will I use this dealership again what a waste of my time. If I could give zero stars I would.

  • Good quality work, but scheduling & Communication is atrocious

    It took me nearly a month to be able to schedule a servicing on my vehicle. Once dropped off, my car was promptly serviced, and the work appeared to be done well. But good lord the communication at this dealership stinks

  • Transmission fault indicater

    F150 was showing a”trans fault” alert on dash so I took it in to diagnostics run to see what was happening. Service rep called later and said the alert wasn’t caused by any transmission problem but said it was caused by insufficient oil in the vehicle. When last serviced by a local oil change company, he believes the truck wasn’t filled to capacity…short by about 4 qts the truck holds 7 qts. Anyway they put oil in the truck to get me home and sent me on my way with instruction to get an oil change. No charge. Not what I was expecting. A refreshing experience. Service rep Dustin Thomas explained everything and was exceptional in keeping me informed. A very patient guy. 5 star experience.
