Uncertain about what was done to vehicle.

onI had a serviceman come out to fix the safety recall on my vehicle. I have no idea if it was fixed or not. Nothing left to tell me if it was. I was called by the dealership to ask how it went and I said I had no idea what was done to my car and they laughed and said they will try to do better and hung up.
