onWhen I got there immediately I was received by an associate who led me to the office with another associate that helped me to set up the visit for my service, the environment is good, BUT! I spent there 3 hours with my child, I tried to be very patient because I know that takes time but not 3 hours! One of the managers finally went to check on me after a while and asked me if I was waiting for too long, WELL! My truck was ready 45 minutes AGO! no one explained to me why I wasn't called or why no one in the office was full of people to let me know that my truck had been ready for so long.
