    This dealership not only sold me a jeep that was a lemon but upon trying trading it in had me jump through hoops on a car that “was sold” to me. Mind you this car I didn’t even ask for. They ran my info and “approved” me with out consenting with me about the car. I sent multiple cars to see if I could be approved and not one was tried. I get all the paperwork done for the car they choose and the dealership tells me someone else is in the back signing paperwork and bought the car. They failed to honor anything and tried to put me in a jeep when I specifically stated to don’t put me in another jeep after them selling the car from under me. I will NEVER do business with them again and will not send anyone to them.

    Dealer completed the ABS computer repair in less then one day. Also their bill was $300 less than two other local repair shops I received quotes from. That’s hard to believe but it did happen.

    Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I informed the manager about he special I wanted to use and he said he couldn't honor that because he had already put in the system a different special that he couldn't change!! His inability to change that caused me to pay extra $50 for the package he offered versus the one I had from MOPAR website

  • 52 day delay to get part

    My 2016 jeep with only 38k on it had the throttle control body go out mid highway interchange. It was towed to Autonation Chrysler Jeep dealer on Dec.6, 2022. It was still under the Premium Assurant warranty. I was repeatedly given new dates when the part would arrive: Dec 27, Dec.23, Dec. 31, Jan.9, Jan.13, Jan. 20, Jan.27. It was very stressful not being able to know how to plan appropriate and cost efficient rental car plans over the 52 days it took to get the part from a third party supplier., and not being told why. I was told at one point that another dealer had a part but wouldn't give it up in case he might need it. My jeep was returned to me on Jan. 27, 2023. I had to escalate the issue to the upper management of Stellantis, the parent company.

  • Horrible Service

    I would give them a half star if possible. The service at Auto Nation was HORRIBLE. I rarely even provide reviews- probably one other in my lifetime - but the service was so insanely poor I wanted to warn others of what they will experience. I get the fact it took 10 days to get my car back for a simple sensor repair due to labor shortage. What was unacceptable was the fact there was little to no communication about the vehicle. The only time I got updates is when I called at least a dozen - no exaggeration - a dozen times for each update to get any information and when I got information it was wrong or not realistic (note I called because I was promised an update at each conversation - not once did they follow through). Several times of the course of the 10 days the root cause kept changing and the service recommendations changed. In summary - imagine yourself being a part of a reality show - the service was so badly unimaginable that you thought to your self - no way - this has got to be a joke... I must be on TV.

    I had an appointment but when I arrived I was told that person was on vacation. So someone else would have to fit me in. After waiting about 30mins Korey assisted me with getting my warranty repair started. He was great, kept me informed. My only issue was that they had my car for a week and no loaners...
