I would give them a half star if possible. The service at Auto Nation was HORRIBLE. I rarely even provide reviews- probably one other in my lifetime - but the service was so insanely poor I wanted to warn others of what they will experience. I get the fact it took 10 days to get my car back for a simple sensor repair due to labor shortage. What was unacceptable was the fact there was little to no communication about the vehicle. The only time I got updates is when I called at least a dozen - no exaggeration - a dozen times for each update to get any information and when I got information it was wrong or not realistic (note I called because I was promised an update at each conversation - not once did they follow through). Several times of the course of the 10 days the root cause kept changing and the service recommendations changed. In summary - imagine yourself being a part of a reality show - the service was so badly unimaginable that you thought to your self - no way - this has got to be a joke... I must be on TV.
