  • Fast and efficient - but not personal

    The entire process from scheduling to pick my car up was very fast. I scheduled over the phone, with an automated scheduling assistant. I dropped the car and left the dealership in 10 minutes. I got status and extra services messages via text and also approve it online 3 1/2 hours later in my car was ready to pick up, the only reason I don’t give it five stars is because the staff is very impersonal. They don’t make you feel welcome and they don’t explain what’s going to happen. I had minimum interactions with a human being. They were all fine but very dry. And also they don’t have Uber or loaner services anymore. They only offer a shared shuttle.

    Well, they couldn’t control the fact that my 2014 A6 needed a couple major repairs, so the price tag was a punch in the gut, but the service team across the board was top notch. Great work in a timely fashion and (hopefully) have the car going strong for many more miles. Mark, Joel, Jacob and several others provided hospitality, not simply service.

  • Pretty unsatisfied

    Had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. Didn’t know I was needing to drop it off overnight. Wasn’t offered a loner. Was left in the dark for over 20 hours. Had to call the dealership and see what is happening. They finally updated the ticket. When picking up the vehicle, it wasn’t washed even though I had service done. They did not reset my inspection due notice either. And it took any hour to find my keys. I suggest going to Plano.

    I had some car trouble, and Audi made it as easy as possible to get towed, into a loaner, fixed up, and put back on the road. Major shout out to Kelvin for all he did to ensure a good experience!

  • No Follow Up

    My sales person was Luis. I contacted the dealership and he was the person the respond. The initial text messages were the last I heard from him. Someone else did the test drive, wrote up the paperwork, in his name, and excitedly congratulated my 18 year old in his car purchase. We had the car looked over by a different dealership and the found the oil pan was unsealed. I called and text Louis to see if they would make the repair. I’ve spoken to several people. Everyone pointed me back to him. He has yet to contact me and it’s been over a week. I’m disappointed in this experience and will not recommend him as a salesperson.

    Did an amazing job on getting my Audi back on the read after a flat over the weekend. I scheduled right away and dropped it off on Monday and they had the tire in stock . Car was done in 45 minutes

  • There is no transparency

    While sign of the package initially the manager said I had to pay only $30 extra on top of OTD(actual vehicle price is 44k). After three days I found that they charged 9k extra that is around $170 extra for every month. I got disappointed with this and planning to review my package subscriptions. Sales person Mr Jeremy helped me a lot. Thanks Jeremy.

    I was very appreciative of the entire process. The service advisor was great, the shuttle drivers were professional, and the service tech was outstanding. They provided me with a video of what they checked and communicate throughout the video before doing any additional work. I was blown away. Fantastic service!
