Had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. Didn’t know I was needing to drop it off overnight. Wasn’t offered a loner.
Was left in the dark for over 20 hours. Had to call the dealership and see what is happening. They finally updated the ticket.
When picking up the vehicle, it wasn’t washed even though I had service done. They did not reset my inspection due notice either. And it took any hour to find my keys.
I suggest going to Plano.
