Fast and efficient - but not personal

The entire process from scheduling to pick my car up was very fast. I scheduled over the phone, with an automated scheduling assistant. I dropped the car and left the dealership in 10 minutes. I got status and extra services messages via text and also approve it online 3 1/2 hours later in my car was ready to pick up, the only reason I don’t give it five stars is because the staff is very impersonal. They don’t make you feel welcome and they don’t explain what’s going to happen. I had minimum interactions with a human being. They were all fine but very dry. And also they don’t have Uber or loaner services anymore. They only offer a shared shuttle.
