    I came into Mercedes of Georgetown because a message popped up, “Stop Engine - Leave Vehicle Running.” Kayle was my advisor and she confirmed it was the battery. She truly was the most helpful when it came to providing information about the time, process and my warranty coverage. She asked important questions about vehicle history. I didn’t feel rushed to accept and pay for services. She discussed payment options, if needed, and was overall sweet and patient. I did not get the same type of service at Mercedes of Austin.

    It took longer than expected but not their fault. I appreciate the video sent of what is wrong and what is needed for the repair. The mechanics also go the vehicle for any other issues which is so appreciated. Adam was great and kept me up to date. Thanks MB of Georgetown. Shout out to the mechanics. They get the job done!

    While I really love my Mercedes scheduling service is not for the faint of heart. Loaner availability is at a premium so you have to schedule pretty far in advance. I really like my service advisor, Osmary, and the techs are great but I was very disappointed when I picked up my dirty vehicle. One would think that a car wash would be part of this very expensive service.

    Service adviser Adam was great. . Just not enough loaners. Clearer communication with service and the technicians. Otherwise friendly. Charges for tea but not coffee ??! As much money spent there we should have those free.

    Irlanne Pollard, my service rep, had advised when to bring in my GLS 450 for a recall plus 3 warranty issues. A loaner was provided during the service. Frequent updates were sent showing progress. The work was completed sooner than advised. Great teamwork.

    Quality of service and experience has downgraded . Charged me much higher than what was quoted , I realized only after I re-reviewed the bill when reached home. Now asking them to refund the excess charges.
