onWhile I really love my Mercedes scheduling service is not for the faint of heart. Loaner availability is at a premium so you have to schedule pretty far in advance. I really like my service advisor, Osmary, and the techs are great but I was very disappointed when I picked up my dirty vehicle. One would think that a car wash would be part of this very expensive service.
