I am grateful for the support my service representative provided throughout my car’s visit to Mercedes Benz of Georgetown. Not only did she text me at each stage of the process, but the technician also sent a video to show me step-by-step the items that needed attention. First class accountability and my car has been running smoothly since the day I purchased it from them.
