Better service than the Austin location!

onI came into Mercedes of Georgetown because a message popped up, “Stop Engine - Leave Vehicle Running.” Kayle was my advisor and she confirmed it was the battery. She truly was the most helpful when it came to providing information about the time, process and my warranty coverage. She asked important questions about vehicle history. I didn’t feel rushed to accept and pay for services. She discussed payment options, if needed, and was overall sweet and patient. I did not get the same type of service at Mercedes of Austin.
