  • Ford services cars from other dealers

    4 out of 5 starsby Math Carol5 on 01/02/2023

Staff very attentive! I was unhappy that I was on time for my appointment but that were busy and I couldn’t wait for my car as planned. So they gave me a lift home. At 6pm the car was ready and Ford sent someone to pick me up. I was unhappy that they did not wash my car!

  • F-150 Purchase

5 out of 5 starsby Cbristol on 12/30/2022

I worked with Samuel Hall at AutoNation Ford Frisco and he was extremely professional and patient. He was willing to work with me to get the truck I wanted and worked with his GM to get the price I needed. He worked around my busy schedule and stayed late to ensure I could pick up my new truck before driving cross country.

  • AutoNation Ford Frisco 5 Star Experience

    5 out of 5 starsby H Beshara on 12/30/2022

I just took delivery of a 2022 Ford Bronco and I can’t be any happier with the car and the sales experience the dealer AutoNation Ford in Frisco, TX. While it Ford 14 months to build and deliver my vehicle, Scott Alter, had kept me updated and when the vehicle arrived in the dealership, the sales experience was pretty simple with Ford price protection from 14 months ago granted and no pressure to add many unneeded extras. Also the financing and the maintenance part was done fast with no pressure. This is the first time I use this dealer and I will definitely come back and recommend for friends and family. As for the car, love it!

  • Ford Edge Purchase

5 out of 5 starsby RubenRod on 12/29/2022

Sales - Dennis Gooding was very professional and went above and beyond to make our experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made it easy for us to meet with him to discuss our purchase. This purchase was for my elderly parents ( mom in a wheelchair ) and Dennis went out of his way to accommodate them. We never felt confused or lost working with Dennis. He is a true professional !! Finance - Max in finance was the exclamation point to our buying experience. Max worked extra hard to assure that my parents received the best possible finance interest and options ( He was very persistent and patient ). He took the time to explain and answer questions that my parents had. Finance can be a confusing and scary experience, but Max made the experience pleasant and clearly answered all of our questions. Above all of this, Max was very personable and demonstrated a real desire to make us feel good about our experience, Thank you Dennis and Max for making our buying experience great. We will definitely recommend you both to our circle of family and friends.

  • Unhappy Customer

1 out of 5 starsby Ho Bo No on 12/28/2022

Unhappy customer 1. My car was there for doing a recall, one and half a day, but Autonation didn’t provide me a loan car. 2. They charged me for some unnecessary things like changing wiper blades that I had replaced a month ago.

  • Error Messages - Too Expensive

    1 out of 5 starsby Bruiser73 on 12/24/2022

I brought my 2021 F150 in for several error messages. Turns out it was rodent damage to some wires. Took them 2.5 weeks to tell me that and they wanted $1,100 to fix. I paid the $185 “diagnostic fee” and my neighbor fixed it with a $10 part and an hour and a half. I paid him $100.

  • Lemonade

1 out of 5 starsby Oliver on 10/05/2022

Shopped online and with the help of Ozzy was able to get the exact SUV I was shopping for priced fair and I am satisfied, Tricolor was trying to charge me 5k more for similar SUV with more miles and less features. Definitely give them a shot, I did and was able to get what I wanted. And then 2 months later the 25k SUV I bought broke down and was in the shop for 45 days and had a $9,000 repair bill for a car I just spent 30k on total. They sold me a lemon basically and didn't give a rental for 45 days and still charged 9,000 to fix the SUV they just sold me, SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK, I THOUGHT I GOT A GOOD DEAL THEN IT IMMEDIATELY BROKE DOWN,

5 out of 5 starsby CG on 09/02/2022

Placed an order for 2022 Bronco in November of 2021. Was a day one reservation holder but decided to push to model year 2022. Matt L was great with his communication and kept me informed along the way. I’d buy another car from Matthew

  • Im at a loss for words

    1 out of 5 starsby Martin G on 06/22/2022

The staff here do not care about what it means to do things the right way. I should have ram when I saw the other reviews. They will sell vehicles out from under you and just shrug their shoulders and say oopsies. Run away far far away. Another reason not to buy a Ford.

  • Professional and great communication

5 out of 5 starsby Scott Van Pelt on 06/15/2022

I purchased a 2022 F250 in June. The entire transaction was smooth as silk. The truck was ordered ordered in March and was produced ahead of schedule. The rep I was dealing with through the entire transaction was Scott. He was very easy to work with on all fronts. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.
    • Hello Scott, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership! Thank you so much for being one of our valued guests and we look forward to your next visit!

  • Quick rundown and then play by play below.

    1 out of 5 starsby B Hoff on 06/15/2022

If you must buy a vehicle. Go else where. If you don’t care and still want what ever they have for sale. Make sure you don’t work with Keith or Cody. And if you do and you end up still having issues and have to speak with someone it seems that Jeannie is the one that gets stuff done-ish. Now for the play by play We where online and found a blue jeep that was in stock. We called the dealership and spoke to a Keith. He stated yes he had it and would have it ready to go. We showed up and test drove the vehicle and had our vehicle appraised by Cody who is the “pre-owned sales director”. We had agreed on price but because it was late on Saturday and the banks had closed that they would hold the blue jeep for us to return on Monday to finalize the sale. We had processed everything with our bank and sent over the contract etc to the dealership Monday morning and had everything ready for me to bring the check and sign the docs at the dealership to buy the Jeep. I called Keith and he informed me he was at lunch and would call me in 15 minutes when he gets back from lunch. An hour had passed and I called him back again as I hadn’t received a call from him. When he answered the phone he informed me they had sold the jeep to someone else. I know I was surprised and angry. How can they do this legally? How can they do this and not feel bad? So I drove up there after work to speak to the manager (I know. Big Karen move.) I waited for close to 40 minutes before a lady coming out and greeted me. This is when Jeannie the number 2 in charge started helping me. She assured me that they had already filled her in and she would work something out for us to help the situation. I’m thinking to myself “alright let’s see how this goes. Let’s see what they can do to make this right.” We finally land on another Jeep that was on the lot albeit more expensive (I know bait and switch, idk). She did she would hook us up on the price and trade in value. I’m was happy she was able to help there a little bit. After that we did a BVA to ensure they didn’t sell the vehicle over night like they did on the blue one. We finally take possession of the new jeep the next day as the banks where closed when we where at the dealership. So far we love the jeep and would highly recommend getting one. The wrangler is an amazing machine and driving with the top off and doors off is a blast! I can see why FORD tried to mimic it with the bronco. Too bad they are having motor issues after about 10k miles. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But wait. There’s more… Having only driven the jeep during the day we noticed a couple of days later the passenger headlight was out. No worries. Let’s reach out to the dealership and see if this is something they can fix for us. Ya know cause we just bought the vehicle and it should have been “reconditioned” and went thru a “state inspection” prior to being marked for sale. So I texted Jeannie about this issue. I didn’t respond back right away so she had Keith text me to try and get this fixed. (yes I know the guy who dropped the ball the first time now here we go for round 2) Keith instructs me to have my wife bring the jeep up there and they would have to “lyft” her home. Just to change a headlight bulb. (Crazy right) so I send the wife after talking with him prepared to leave the jeep to get the bulb put in. Only after the wife drives up to the dealership and spoke with Keith and a service advisor, they said “we don’t have Jeep parts” (it’s a head light boys and girls.) the service advisor told my wife that they only have ford techs here and ford parts. They couldn’t help us with the light bulb. So my wife left the 1st time. When she called me to let me know of the situation I’d had enough. I texted Jeannie again to which I expressed my opinion on Keith being rather incompetent to say the least and to have them fix the light. She said she would get the bulb and was waiting on the service advisor. Little while goes by and she texts me she had the bulb. Great! We can finally get this all out behind us and move on. Wife shows up to get the bulb (2nd trip today) and guess what. Wrong bulb. After I texted both Keith and Jeannie the light was not a halogen and that the light was indeed and LED bulb they decided to ignore my help and you guessed. Got a halogen. (Halogen bulbs are old yellow style and led are the newer whiter style bulbs). My wife left the dealership again. Jeannie sent me a text saying they sent them the wrong bulb and they would get the right bulb. You’d think they would have taken my word for it but what do I know lol. The wife shows up for the 3rd time and waited roughly an hour to have the light bulb replaced. Yup… the FORD techs where able to finally find and replace something that should have been done before selling the vehicle. Needless to say I will go out of my way to never return to the dealership ever again. If anyone from corporate wants to reach out to me about my experience please do.

5 out of 5 starsby Mike Cerda on 03/23/2022

Love the fact that the sales people were straight forward with their knowledge of the info for the trucks they recommended. Also they called back right away when i found a truck i liked on the internet and asked about it. If wasnt for that i probably would of gotten a truck somewhere that i wouldnt of liked.
    • Hi Mike, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. If you need more help, our team is available to talk -- safe travels!

  • I love my car, but the purchase process was frustrating

    2 out of 5 starsby D Lane on 03/15/2022

I’d received online trade-in offers from both Carvana and Autonation Lewisville, and I called AutoNation Frisco and the NRH location to see if they’d match those offers. NRH agreed, but Frisco said no, which was their right. The next day, however, as I was preparing to drive to NRH, I started receiving calls, texts, and emails from Frisco asking me to come in, still unable to guarantee that they’d match but finally, after hours of back and forth texts, saying they’d consider it. I got there, we agreed on the trade (after another few hours of games, and I purchased the vehicle I’d come for. I’d told them when I arrived that afternoon that I’d need my trailer hitch off my car, which they indicated wouldn’t be a problem, but after waiting there the whole evening to complete my purchase (because the salesman never told financing that I was waiting in the lobby) I was told I’d need to come back Monday afternoon (because the salesman hadn’t communicated to the service department that the hitch needed to be removed). I texted my salesperson Monday about the hitch, a missing owner’s manual, and some cracks I’d discovered in the windshield, and though before I purchased I’d received non-stop communication from multiple employees, now that the sale was complete I couldn’t even get a response from any of them. The gentleman that I’d been texting beforehand later argued with me that the windshield cracks were not there when I left, insinuating that I’d somehow cracked the windshield myself (in three different places) during my 12 minute drive home. It took me involving a manager to finally get a resolution, and later that week I was finally able to get my hitch and an emailed PDF of the owner’s manual (because a $40 manual on a $32K car purchase is just unrealistic to expect). The manager did confirm that the cracks had already been there and showed me where the stars had been previously filled to prevent spreading, but no apology for the salesman essentially calling me a liar. I’m still waiting to hear back about a repair for broken fog lights that should’ve been received a week ago, but after this repair I don’t think I’ll do business at this location in the future.

  • Service Advisor Fraud

1 out of 5 starsby Spiroulmaster on 11/22/2021

The service advisor tried to rip me off for $804. During a routine oil change, I received a call saying my car needed 2 new tires and an alignment—cost $804. Upon my inspection the advisor changed his assessment and admitted the tires did not need replaced—WHAT A FRAUD! There were many lies and misrepresentations during this service visit. I will be finding another Ford dealership.
  • Autonation Ford Frisco redeemed themselves

5 out of 5 starsby Markcowboysfan on 11/19/2021

Cody, Jeannie, Alex, Max and Hamid did great.  My first trip in was a disaster due to an unprofessional salesman but after buying 3 trucks in the last 9 years from this dealership I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves and they did.  My expectations were exceeded.  AutoNation Ford Frisco will always get a shot at my business when I'm looking for a Ford.
  • Better not ask for a 2nd key for a car you want to buy.

1 out of 5 starsby Jason on 09/09/2021

Make sure you don't ask for a 2nd key to the car you want to buy OMG! Yeah not a fan. So I asked if they would get a 2nd key made from their sister Audi dealership or come down the cost of the car to get a 2nd key made. The answer was NO and he said, "I walked away from deals before over a key over a 2nd key". He said he would sell me the 2nd key at cost. I was like no way man I want you to come down the cost of the car for the key and I will buy the car. He said no absolutely not. I left the dealership kind of upset. I personally think it is pretty arrogant to walk away from a deal over a $200-$400 key and to tell a customer you have done so in the past. So they send me an email today asking about my experience and I responded with what I wrote above. Here was their answer below. Enjoy! Email 2 Jason, At the end of the day you are looking to purchase a pre owned car and the customer who traded it in did not trade it in with a 2nd key. We can call him to see if he has it if you would like? We price our cars aggressive in the condition they sit and based on if we can or can not provide a 2nd key based on if it was traded in with one or not. We are a 1 price dealer at all AutoNation stores to make everything simple and easy. Offering you a 2nd key at cost seems more than fair considering same year and model cars are retailing for $16,500 with similar miles and we have ours price at $500-$600 less. Thank You Payton Ramos New Car Director [contact info removed]
  • Hawk is the best service advisor!
