Oil change and a new scratch

onI got an oil change and a new scratch (a very noticeable one) during my last visit on my new F150. I am devastated. I reached back out and said they were creating an incident report and would reach back out and I haven't heard anything. We are coming up on a week since I picked up my truck. I’m hoping they reach back out soon and resolve this issue.
