Dealership Sales Review
Quite possibility the worst customer experience I have ever had. My salesman was trying to help me and 3 others at the same time. It took so long I had to ask the finance manager and the assistant sales manager to find my folder so that I could complete the sale. I was not informed the pre-inspection had not occurred, nor was I given a timeline. I waited over a week for a truck I paid for and received poor/no communication. Within a week I was back at another AutoNation addressing another issue with the vehicle. I was also charged a different price for the warranty than what I was quoted. after going to another AutoNation, I was referred to the GM who put in contact with the acting GM who addressed some of the issues.
