    Chris was an amazing salesman that went about and beyond to get my brand new f 150. He also went out of his was to transport the truck to me as well with making sure I got my wheels painted. Chris is the best sales men I have ever had will defiantly be buying more vehicles from him in the future!

    I was looking for an experience that allowed me to spend the least amount of time possible at the dealership and they were able to do that. Text, email, online credit application. We had +/- 90% of the deal done before I arrived at the dealership. (I knew what I wanted) Like so many people, I just don't have hours to spend. I was happy with the efficiency. If I have a complaint, it's this: it's AutoNation's policy that the buyer have insurance on the vehicle before they leave. I didn't find out about this until I got to the dealership. I would have REALLY appreciated 24-48 hours prior notice so that I could have taken care of it ahead of time.

    Pros: There are some nice and professional people at this dealership. Finance team was very friendly and straightforward, didnt try to upsell any unnecessary stuff that most dealerships usually do. Cons: My sales man was ok, not the nicest but was not rude either. His attitude was take it or leave it which was not very helpful, he was not showing interest towards closing the deal from the beginning. After sales is non existent. I bought a plug-in hybrid car, for which they didnt give me a charger that is provided with the car by Mazda. I reached out to them many times but no one cared to help me out. I think the used car manager was not bothered after selling the car, so dont bank on after-sales. GO WITH A CHECK LIST AND CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY BEFORE DELIVERY. Usually autonation dealerships have an excellent customer service, this time around it was disappointing sales team though, especially the used car manager.

    We have now purchased two vehicles with AutoNation-at two different locations. Each experience was incredible. The employees are not pushy and everyone makes you feel like they are welcoming you to the family. They make sure your vehicle needs are met, and continue to follow up to meet your after purchase needs.

    Bought a brand new F150 , coming to find out that one of my seats was ripped . I didn’t realize it until I was putting my baby’s car sit on the back, went right away back to the dealership and explain them . They told me I have to filed a claim. I filed the claim and they denied it. I went and talk to the sales guy David and he try to blame it on me. Why would I buy a truck and ripped my own sit? I talked to the manager and she said she will take care of it. It’s been a week since then and nobody has contacted me. I don’t think they will fix it. I’m going to cancel that insurance. That’s it’s not worth anything and I’m paying for it.

    By the time I found my way to AutoNation South Fort Worth, I was exhausted from fending off aggressive salesmen and searching for a vehicle that was within my price range that was not going to fall apart the minute I drove it off the patking lot. I had come to the conclusion it just was not happening. My luck changed the minute I walked into the showroom, Anthony, my salesman, went far above and beyond any reasonable expectation to meet my wants and needs. The excellent customer service I received from Anthony and the rest of the team is a rare find these days. The vehicle I purchased was priced fairly and it was just as promised. They also were able to help me secure financing, when others might have found my thin credit history a risk. Thanks to all at Autonation Ford South Fort Worth, especially Anthony, for giving me a customer service experience that is far above what one comes to expect these days. Not only would I recommend you buying your next car from them, I will buying from them in the future.

    Great experience dealing with Christian R. at AutoNation Campus Drive in Fort Worth. He listened to my needs, showed me some options, explored a few others and fit me with a vehicle that worked perfectly. He even followed-up after the sale to ensure some of the service I was having done on the vehicle was being performed to my liking and in a timely manner. Great job!

I’m sorry about my review last week but I wasn’t very happy about the service provided by your team ok, I understand maybe I need to call some of the big bosses there before something else right? I’ll waited for seven an a half hours and nobody called me to explain about this situation and unfortunately I wasn’t very happy about it.

    Ford Autonation South Fort Worth did the recall items on my Explorer efficiently. The service manager, Tyrell, kept me informed and arranged for transportation for me back home. Due to my mobility issues, my car was driven back to my house when the work was completed. I really appreciated the extra help I was given.

  • Unbelievable Road Test

    After we got home, we looked at the invoice and the miles in/out reflected that our car had been "road tested" for 942 miles. Keeping the car over two weeks to fix the torque converter due to ordering the part is not a problem as it is out of their hands, but to run up the mileage is ridiculous. All of this was under warranty, but each time we get it back, the car has something else wrong with it. Now, when you start the car, you hear a clanking noise in the front of the engine area which is being explained as the timing belt may need to be replaced. We have had our 2020 Ford Edge for three years with maintenance kept up here at this location and no issues until now. Problems began with the EGFR (not sure if this is the correct acronym) needing to be replaced in June 2023. Not sure why you need an appointment only to wait the 3 days for diagnostic testing to be told it may take a couple of weeks. For example, regarding the most recent issue, the starting of the car/possible timing belt issue, our appointment was for Monday, September 25, at 9:30 AM, with the car not having a diagnostic test until Wednesday, September 26. What makes matters worse, is if I had not called about it on Wednesday afternoon, we would not have an answer about the car. Also, more than two weeks is a long time to be without a car or to remain on the "waiting list" for a loaner car.

    We bought a car for a family member from you not because of your price, but because of our overall trust in your sales representative, Francisco Medrano! The car original car we looked at didn't quite meet our needs, but Francisco had already introduced us to another choice in your location. He was informative, pleasant, attentive and not pushy. Huge asset to your company! We could have found another good vehicle for the 15K we spent, but we are pleased to have found a good car from you basically because of Francisco! Love the no haggle, one price policy!

    I want to give this an overall 5 star rating, but I can't. Our salesperson Jonathan did an excellent job introducing us to the vehicle and answering our questions. David did a great job completing the sales transaction and getting us on our way. My only negatives are with post sale service and support. They key for the snugtop shell on the truck was not provided. Follow-up calls for a couple of weeks were returned with assurances they would look for the key. I have never received a final call, yay or nay, about the key. My last call to them over 3 weeks ago assured me I would hear back. Nothing. To add additional pain to the snugtop issue, once I finally got it open, I found that it was NOT EVEN CLAMPED DOWN. I'm lucky it didn't fly off while driving home. I am willing to accept my part it not being truly thorough checking for the key and verifying the snugtop shell was clamped down; but I am extremely disappointed how I get calls for service offerings but nothing about delivering something as simple as a key.

    Couldn’t have been easier. Knew what I wanted and came in to start the process with an already approved auto loan. Met Kaylen and we immediately went on a test drive since he knew what I wanted. Bought the car the next day on my lunch break. Kaylen and Daniel in the finance office had me in and out. I’ve always hated the car buying process, but I left with a great car at a great price in no time. Will do it again in a heartbeat!
