onMy truck was there from 8AM to 3:30PM and they didn’t changed the oil during that time and absolutely no one called me to explain about this?

Well I just tried to get in contact with Paige Phillips but apparently nobody knows who’s Paige.
I’m sorry about my review last week but I wasn’t very happy about the service provided by your team ok, I understand maybe I need to call some of the big bosses there before something else right?
I’ll waited for seven an a half hours and nobody called me to explain about this situation and unfortunately I wasn’t very happy about it.
