onI was looking for an experience that allowed me to spend the least amount of time possible at the dealership and they were able to do that. Text, email, online credit application. We had +/- 90% of the deal done before I arrived at the dealership. (I knew what I wanted) Like so many people, I just don't have hours to spend. I was happy with the efficiency. If I have a complaint, it's this: it's AutoNation's policy that the buyer have insurance on the vehicle before they leave. I didn't find out about this until I got to the dealership. I would have REALLY appreciated 24-48 hours prior notice so that I could have taken care of it ahead of time.
