onBought a brand new F150 , coming to find out that one of my seats was ripped . I didn’t realize it until I was putting my baby’s car sit on the back, went right away back to the dealership and explain them . They told me I have to filed a claim. I filed the claim and they denied it. I went and talk to the sales guy David and he try to blame it on me. Why would I buy a truck and ripped my own sit? I talked to the manager and she said she will take care of it. It’s been a week since then and nobody has contacted me. I don’t think they will fix it. I’m going to cancel that insurance. That’s it’s not worth anything and I’m paying for it.
