by BMW review on 11/26/2023The salesman was pleasant but not very understanding about purchasing a $42,000 car with minor cosmetic defects. I had a lower grill that was broken and because I purchased the car, late at night, I did not discover the defect until the… next morning. The salesman, who will be name less, spent more time with my friend who came with me to look for a car, than me, and I was the person purchasing the car. He left my keys at his desk and when I was finished with finance, the lady from finance and myself had to look for the keys. The dealership, BMW of Dallas, did not have any follow-up with me to learn about the car features and even though it was a used car, I think the dealership should have a new / used car purchase get to know your vehicle breakout with each new car purchase. High-end vehicles like BMW, Lexus, Mercedes e.c.t. should have this since my Honda dealership had every new car buyer meet once a month after purchase to learn more about the company and the product they purchased.Hi, we regret your most recent visit with us was not up to the standards we strive for. by garyja7 on 11/22/2023not full service wouldn't plug my tire but tried to sell me a $350 tire. car failed state inspection, told me to drive it for a week to reset codes come back if still not set service manage would drive it over night and if it still didn't… reset it would have to be re-programed and guess what yes $350 charge. it must have been ok to let me drive it out so they should have just reset the codes at no charge, or tell me what may need to be fixed. but either they or BMW are scammers to get more money. also I drive mostly in the city so the test and computer and the state should re calibrate for this driving not to waste gas money and add to pollution to match the program.Hello, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. by Chief-M3 on 11/21/2023BMW of Dallas is the place, my car was handled with white gloves, Dean Nassar (advisor) took care of me the second I drove in, handled all the paper work, took it in to the technician, and ensured my concerns were addressed, very… professional and courteous. Love the progress video received from the technician. This was my first visit to this dealership, the facility is superb, clean, and everyone was friendly, it is definitely my preferred place for my next visit even though other BMW dealerships are closer to my residence. 5 stars to both the facility and the advisor. by Shelia Kemp on 11/03/2023My service advisor was the best he went above and beyond by notifying me that my maintenance contract had expired February but I can still purchase one that day. I did because the price of my service that day was approximately a little less… than the price of the service warranty. I had no idea that it had expired and I have brought my car in before and no one mentioned it to me that the expiration date was soon coming up. My suggestion is to make sure when customers bring their car in to check and see if they have a service warranty and if so notify the customer when the date is going to expire so they all know to renew it if that's their choice. But overall I'm satisfied with BMW the only other suggestion is when you guys wash our car don't have wash it like they did mines this last time. They pretty much just smeared the dirt and I wasn't satisfied with that but it was time for me to leave or I would have asked him to redo it. My quote for the day when you do something do it right the first time. But overall I'm a satisfied customerHi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. by frustrated on 10/06/2023I've had the worst service in working with my Advisor Colin Roof, not hearing from him during the time my car was being service. My car stayed in BMW of Dallas for six days from Thursday, 9/28/2023 to Wednesday, 10/4/2023. The whole time it… was there, I never heard from Mr. Colin until I contacted him later in the afternoon after work. I had to call Mr. Roof to find out what was going on, how long it will be before my car was finished. Each time I called Mr. Roof, he would not answer his phone. I had to contact the front desk and have someone to contact him. Not to mention, the Lyft, when I told Mr. Roof that I needed a ride to church on Sunday, 10/1/2023, I told him the time, location, and the date. But the system had the pick-up date Sunday, 10/8-9/2023 and drop off at home on Sunday, 10/1/2023. It didn’t happen for as me making it to church. Regarding the Lyft service when picking me up for work and to home, it either had the wrong date, or the wrong address are both. The Lyft driver will not pick me up if the address is wrong and told me I had to cancel that reservation and make another one. If I’m in the car, they will proceed to drop me off. On Monday, 10/2/2023, I had to wait one hour and 15 minutes for a Lyft to pick me up after I got off from work. You know how frustrating that is? When you are tried and ready to go home. When I contact Mr. Roof, he wouldn't answer his phone and that is very frustrating when an Advisor overlooks a certain customer and pretend to be busy with another customer. Well, guess what, I am a paying customer as well. That's what I was told and that they weren’t able to answer the phone and I'm supposed accept that and keep looking the other way. I don't think so!!! My car is still not finished! I have to bring it back for another part that Mr. Roof claim that it's coming from Germany. When I first brought the car there, I call Friday, 9/29/2023, Mr. Roof told me that the part's will be in on Monday, 10/2/2023 and still my car is not finished. Mr. Roof is not a good Advisor in my opinion. When a person tells things like that and try to make the customer think they are busy and when I'm a paying customer and not a fool to believe something like that, I have a problem with that. When I got there to pick up my car on Wednesday, 10/4/2023, Mr. Roof was talking to one of his co-workers. Even with the other Advisor that I’ve had at BMW of Dallas, at least they did contact me through the day to let me know what was going on and how long it will be. This Advisor didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone, until after I called him. I was so frustrated and tried in dealing with Mr. Roof. I have stated before, that I have only been there one year and have had four advisor and I selected the third advisor myself.
