Dealership Sales Review
The salesman was pleasant but not very understanding about purchasing a $42,000 car with minor cosmetic defects. I had a lower grill that was broken and because I purchased the car, late at night, I did not discover the defect until the next morning. The salesman, who will be name less, spent more time with my friend who came with me to look for a car, than me, and I was the person purchasing the car. He left my keys at his desk and when I was finished with finance, the lady from finance and myself had to look for the keys. The dealership, BMW of Dallas, did not have any follow-up with me to learn about the car features and even though it was a used car, I think the dealership should have a new / used car purchase get to know your vehicle breakout with each new car purchase. High-end vehicles like BMW, Lexus, Mercedes e.c.t. should have this since my Honda dealership had every new car buyer meet once a month after purchase to learn more about the company and the product they purchased.
