Dealership Service Review
I've had the worst service in working with my Advisor Colin Roof, not hearing from him during the time my car was being service. My car stayed in BMW of Dallas for six days from Thursday, 9/28/2023 to Wednesday, 10/4/2023. The whole time it was there, I never heard from Mr. Colin until I contacted him later in the afternoon after work. I had to call Mr. Roof to find out what was going on, how long it will be before my car was finished. Each time I called Mr. Roof, he would not answer his phone. I had to contact the front desk and have someone to contact him. Not to mention, the Lyft, when I told Mr. Roof that I needed a ride to church on Sunday, 10/1/2023, I told him the time, location, and the date. But the system had the pick-up date Sunday, 10/8-9/2023 and drop off at home on Sunday, 10/1/2023. It didn’t happen for as me making it to church. Regarding the Lyft service when picking me up for work and to home, it either had the wrong date, or the wrong address are both. The Lyft driver will not pick me up if the address is wrong and told me I had to cancel that reservation and make another one. If I’m in the car, they will proceed to drop me off. On Monday, 10/2/2023, I had to wait one hour and 15 minutes for a Lyft to pick me up after I got off from work. You know how frustrating that is? When you are tried and ready to go home. When I contact Mr. Roof, he wouldn't answer his phone and that is very frustrating when an Advisor overlooks a certain customer and pretend to be busy with another customer. Well, guess what, I am a paying customer as well. That's what I was told and that they weren’t able to answer the phone and I'm supposed accept that and keep looking the other way. I don't think so!!! My car is still not finished! I have to bring it back for another part that Mr. Roof claim that it's coming from Germany. When I first brought the car there, I call Friday, 9/29/2023, Mr. Roof told me that the part's will be in on Monday, 10/2/2023 and still my car is not finished. Mr. Roof is not a good Advisor in my opinion. When a person tells things like that and try to make the customer think they are busy and when I'm a paying customer and not a fool to believe something like that, I have a problem with that. When I got there to pick up my car on Wednesday, 10/4/2023, Mr. Roof was talking to one of his co-workers. Even with the other Advisor that I’ve had at BMW of Dallas, at least they did contact me through the day to let me know what was going on and how long it will be. This Advisor didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone, until after I called him. I was so frustrated and tried in dealing with Mr. Roof. I have stated before, that I have only been there one year and have had four advisor and I selected the third advisor myself. This advisor was selected for me.
