Dealership Service Review
My service advisor was the best he went above and beyond by notifying me that my maintenance contract had expired February but I can still purchase one that day. I did because the price of my service that day was approximately a little less than the price of the service warranty. I had no idea that it had expired and I have brought my car in before and no one mentioned it to me that the expiration date was soon coming up. My suggestion is to make sure when customers bring their car in to check and see if they have a service warranty and if so notify the customer when the date is going to expire so they all know to renew it if that's their choice. But overall I'm satisfied with BMW the only other suggestion is when you guys wash our car don't have wash it like they did mines this last time. They pretty much just smeared the dirt and I wasn't satisfied with that but it was time for me to leave or I would have asked him to redo it. My quote for the day when you do something do it right the first time. But overall I'm a satisfied customer
