BMW of Dallas is the place, my car was handled with white gloves, Dean Nassar (advisor) took care of me the second I drove in, handled all the paper work, took it in to the technician, and ensured my concerns were addressed, very professional and courteous. Love the progress video received from the technician. This was my first visit to this dealership, the facility is superb, clean, and everyone was friendly, it is definitely my preferred place for my next visit even though other BMW dealerships are closer to my residence. 5 stars to both the facility and the advisor. THANK YOU,
