by bodie2016 on 05/19/2016Made an appt. for an oil change; car was not even pulled back until 45 minutes after that appt. time. Was offered a rental car for the day because they were running behind. Decided to sit and wait; 2 1/2 hours later I saw my car being… pulled to the front assuming it was done. Waited to another 10 minutes, finally approached the service tech who was eating lunch but couldn't put that aside for a minute to get me checked out. What is the point of making an appt. if you are still going to have to sit there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change?? by bigjim32 on 05/16/2016I took my 2013 Camry in for routine service; it has a little over 14,000 miles on it. Jones told me they normally do a "flushing of the break fluid" at this time and showed me a typewritten document in a plastic see-through cover which had… a list of procedures that are recommended at various service intervals. I thought this can't be too expensive so I said "OK". I gave him a coupon I had received in the mail which authorized an oil change and tire rotation with a $19.95 discount. When he delivered the bill to me, pointed out the discount he had OK'd which was $26.56. I took the bill to the cashier to pay it and was told the total was $161.64, $100 of which was for "brake fluid flush ". I realized I had been taken, but it was too late to do anything about it. When I got in the car, I took the service manual out and looked up the procedures which were recommended for up to 20,000 miles. In NONE of them was a recommendation to FLUSH BREAK FLUID! (By the way, he had written my mileage as 16,401 instead of the correct number which was 14,215.) As a result of this experience, I intend never to set foot in your garage again; I also intend to tell everyone I know of your practice of inflating the service requirements the factory recommends be followed. Great service..but didn't following through
by Angelavicki on 05/13/2016Oil change and tire rotation was good..BUT told serviceman the situation To my windshield not working ... it not connecting and when I release the handled the fluids gushes out .. he had repair guyour fill the container..that's not what I… asked..now i have to make another appt to bring n my car..he said he was knew..I think he needs to writeat notes to understand the problem...not a happy customer ..sorrySlow service, details missed

The service staff did not even put an updated mileage sticker for my next service, instead they reset my mileage tracker which I use for… gas mileage. Not impressed overall but it was a better experience than at the Auto Nation Chevy.Great Sales person

He's friendly, informative, down to earth, quick to make things happen, relaxed, no-pressure (which we really appreciated) and genuinely concerned about our wants and needs in a car. He went above and beyond… expectations to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted with the options that were important to us. He even offered his desk to me so I could work during the financial prep time! Everyone we encountered at AutoNation was friendly and accommodating.Great experience. I'll be back!

by janijack on 12/01/2015I went into the dealership to buy a RAV4 and ended up with a 2016 Highlander. The sales person, Aaron Scales was very helpful as was his manager Dan Lewis. I took the RAV4 for a few days and decided that I wanted something bigger, so I… tried the Highlander. I have been a Sienna owner for many years so something smaller but bigger than a RAV4 was the perfect match. Since I was so undecided, they let me take the Highlander for a week to make sure it was going to be the perfect vehicle for me. No pressure from the sales team or manager and it turns out they got me exactly what I wanted so I purchased a vehicle. This is the 4th or 5th time I've purchased from this dealership and each experience has been positive. Thanks team !!!Thanks! We're happy to help however possible. I felt it was fair and Edmunds listed a higher price for same model. 3rd party website claimed the car had navigation. Right before… closing, salesperson told me there was not navigation. She had manager call me. Manager called me and discounted price substantially. Closed deal 2 hours later at a great rate. Beautiful ride! Great folks! A few complaint
by Shiftzon on 06/10/2015The car I bought had over fifteen thousand miles more than what was listed online and when I brought it up to the salesman he didn't seem to care. The car runs fine, but just like any dealership beware of what they don't tell you and have a… second opinion before you make any purchases. The oil on my vehicle was black when I changed it, which makes it seem like they didn't do any of the services that they claimed to do. It's surprisingly easy to modify carfax records so be careful what you decide to trust. The wait time was ridiculous even with how many employees this dealership had, I was stuck waiting around for at least 16 hours. Overall the place was really clean and despite a few complaints the salesmen they were mostly honest with me. My car runs fine and I hope it stays that way. If you want a car without gimmicks and sales tricks then I'd definitely recommend AutoNation Toyota.We are glad to be a part of your pleasurable experience.
