Slow service, details missed

I had a scheduled oil change appointment, the service then took well over two hours to be completed. The service staff did not even put an updated mileage sticker for my next service, instead they reset my mileage tracker which I use for gas mileage. Not impressed overall but it was a better experience than at the Auto Nation Chevy.
