onMade an appt. for an oil change; car was not even pulled back until 45 minutes after that appt. time. Was offered a rental car for the day because they were running behind. Decided to sit and wait; 2 1/2 hours later I saw my car being pulled to the front assuming it was done. Waited to another 10 minutes, finally approached the service tech who was eating lunch but couldn't put that aside for a minute to get me checked out. What is the point of making an appt. if you are still going to have to sit there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change?? This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location; very frustrating!!
