Great service..but didn't following through

Oil change and tire rotation was good..BUT told serviceman the situation To my windshield not working ... it not connecting and when I release the handled the fluids gushes out .. he had repair guyour fill the container..that's not what I asked..now i have to make another appt to bring n my car..he said he was knew..I think he needs to writeat notes to understand the problem...not a happy customer ..sorry
