Alan Mizar (AJ) is awesome. He's friendly, informative, down to earth, quick to make things happen, relaxed, no-pressure (which we really appreciated) and genuinely concerned about our wants and needs in a car. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted with the options that were important to us. He even offered his desk to me so I could work during the financial prep time! Everyone we encountered at AutoNation was friendly and accommodating.
