    Absolutely loved the customer service I got at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. Jim Lee knew exactly what I wanted and didn't beat around the bush. He stated the facts and got me in and out of their with a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla, which I LOVE!

    Having made a couple of car purchases in the past, I went in to this experience with some trepidation and the whole pushy car sales person tactics. You will receive none of that with AutoNation and Mark Collins. We were able to email back and forth and finally made a decision on the make/model. Mark made the process relatively painless and he was always, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend buying your next Toyota from AutoNation and Mark Collins.

    I just bought a new car 15 corolla s+ at last Saturday, I'm so happy with my new car, everything is perfect, I was at there about 6 hours, I would like to appreciate sales agent Nassir Ahmad is so patient and kind, we test driving, discussing finance plan, he help me got a sweet rate of Finance plan with 0 APR, was so happy about that. And we also got a cookie and pizze when we tired and hungry, I so appreciate that. Great exprience of purchase. Everything is good. Thanks Nassir, and Thanks Autonation Toyota.

    We had an excellent experience at AutoNation Toyota in Austin! Jon Porterfield was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgable. I never felt pressured, only helped. He was friendly and responsive and made negotiation a pleasure. The finance department was equally helpful, friendly and responsive. The purchase was quick and painless. This was by far my best experience after visiting and talking to quite a few dealerships in the Austin area. We are happy to recommend AutoNation and Jon to everyone we know! I look forward to continuing to deal with them for routine maintenance.

    Jim Lee sold each of our two sons 2014 Toyota Tacomas, 4 x 4's, back in March of 2014. We were so impressed by how Jim handled the sales and treated our sons that we told him that we would be back to purchase a Toyota for ourselves. We came back in January of 2015 and ended up purchasing TWO Toyotas; one for each of us! We are very pleased with our 2015 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4 x4 and our SR5 4Runner 4 x 4! Now, we are a Toyota family!

    I just had the fan belt replaced, and was surprised to see it shredded like it was. Steve Farber was awesome. He helped me arrange towing (even through my insurance covered it), and had the car ready for me by the time I got off of work. Runs like a top - and it's 11 years old. My text truck will be a Tacoma, and I will trust Steve's team to maintain it.

    Jim Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made it so easy to get the car that I wanted. From the moment I met him, he was very thoughtful and conscious of the fact that I didn't want to waste any time lolly gagging around. He simply asked me what I was looking for and we shortly after went to test drive. He was laid back and absolutely not pushy at all. Totally the opposite of any salesperson I have ever met. He simply heard my needs and provided me with what I was looking for. Kept everything sweet and simple. He was super patient, followed through with everything he said he would do, and made my life so easy. It seems that buying a car is more often than not overly complicated and super stressful. I literally think going here was the best decision hands down I could have made. I love my car and I def am going to come back to Jim Lee when I am ready to trade-in in a couple of years.

    Steve Farber is the best service advisor I've had. He always remembered my name, we laughed, he was gentle, an avid, attentive listener, and he always got my concerns addressed the first time.     it was my first time buying a new car so I did not know what to expect. Teddy Lim helped me out with everything I needed. He wasn't pushy about buying a car and gave me time to consider my many options that he came up with. He helped me get the car I wanted and made me a happy customer. If you're looking for a new car go to Teddy he will definitely help you out!

    Wow! This was by far the worst dealer service experience I have ever had. When you make an appt.you expect that you have some kind of priority & expect to get service done within a reasonable amount of time. I had a 7:45 appt to have my front & rear brake pads replaced & rotors resurfaced. After 2 1/2 hours I ask if there was an estimate on cost of work & after 3+ hours I finally am told that only the back need to be serviced & the cost would be $500+ so I give the advisor the go ahead to do the work & after 4 hours 45minutes iam told it was finished. Almost 5 hours to replace my back brake pads & rotors, Really..? The entire process should have taken an hour, maybe an hour and a half at the very most. I guess I might have been there all day had I not had an appt. Horrible service experience & will never take my vechicle to champion toyota again for anything.

    I wanted to write a review after a very positive experience with AutoNation Toyota. My wife an I were among the very "late 2014" auto buyers, trying to buy a new truck before the end of 2014. We had done our homework on the trade-in value of our car and had done our homework on what we should expect to pay for the truck. The challenge was not with the negotiation of the deal, but in locating a truck with the options we wanted and in our preferred color. Our sales representative worked hard to locate that truck, and had it driven from Dallas to Austin on 12/31.... The car was prepped within a couple hours, and we were able to pick up the new truck at 4:00 PM on New Year's eve. The AutoNation team (our sales rep, the used car folks, the finance manager, and the driver who sacrificed to get the car to us) made it happen and made us very happy as customers. Thank you, AutoNation!

  • Good Dealership just a long wait for a Manual Transmission

    I wanted a standard Tacoma and I walked in the dealership in September and walked out of the dealership mid December with my new Standard Tacoma. The only negative thing I have to say is that Toyota takes so long to make a standard transmission for the Tacoma. If you're wanting a vehicle that has a manual transmission make sure you go to the dealership in advance to make that special order for it can take a while to come in. Other than that the sales individual that attended me really good at understanding what I really wanted and kept me updated on how the Tacoma was coming along. Good dealership on not pushing you to buy a vehicle and allows you to take your time. Make sure you do your homework on what vehicle you want to buy especially before sitting down with the finance guru. Do you numbers before so you come prepared and ready to go.
