AC Repair

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER
by Sam Ingels on 08/03/2023I couldn’t be more unhappy with how I was treated by this service department. When I called to schedule a warranty replacement I was told that my truck would be ready in 2 days tops. When I drop off the truck I am told it will actually be… ready in 5 days. When I call on the 5th day my advisor refuses to talk with me and has someone else give me the message that it won’t be ready until DAY 7! I told them this wouldn’t work and that I have been out of a car for close to a week now and I need a rental or something, so the lady promises me that my advisor will call me back shortly. Day 7 rolls around and I call again only to be put on hold for 30 minutes before ending the call. I then left a message for the manager. Soon after, my advisor calls me back apologizing and telling me that they LOST MY KEY but not to worry because I would be getting a rental soon. When I get the rental, I hop in and find it is dirty from the person that used it before me. I start driving away only to notice that it has an eighth of a tank of gas. I’m thankful for the rental so I go fill it up and go on my way. The next day I get a call that my truck is finally ready. When I show up to pick it up, it is caked in dirt from the week+ it has been sitting on the lot. Even though I dropped off my truck clean, they kept it for over a week, gave me a dirty rental with no gas, AND LOST MY KEY FOB it was too much for them to wash the truck for me. I then go and pay to get my truck washed only to find a 6 inch scratch on the drivers side of my truck. HOW COULD A SERVICE DEPARTMENT BE THIS BAD?!?! You may be thinking, “how could they make so many mistakes with just one customer?!” It is because this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST service department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Please don’t waste your time here. They will only cause you to have more of a headache.Hi Sam, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Not a dealership consumer, but now converted!
by Sarahalla on 07/31/2023I usually find independently owned places for service needs, and a friend recommended the dealership because of their past experiences locally. I was skeptical at first, my experience was rough in the past, and how pleasant lily surprised I… was! Scheduled for next day service, Danny was waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled time. He explained the next steps and where to wait, answered any questions and sent me to the customer lounge. The expected service time was quicker than quoted, and they stayed in communication with me as my appointment progressed. Found and air filter that needed to be replaced, and wasn’t pushy about upgrading services or talking to me like a child. Lack of follow through
by Linda Lunday on 07/24/2023We had a wonderful salesman. But, we had issues with multiple things. 1. A technician took the keys to the car we purchased home with him. Then called in sick the next day. 2. We were told it was a clean car and all it needed was an oil… change, just show up the next day to pick it up. 3.We showed up after not hearing from anyone, and calling...they needed to change the oil still, we were waiting over two hours in person, then they said that they would put it next in line, then they said that they couldn't release the car without changing the brakes...so we had to go back home again...without it. After paying our down payment on Tuesday, we finally got the car on Friday with a chipped windshield and faulty tire sensor. Ugh. 4. We were told Patrick would follow-up with a phone call, and Shaddi, too. They didn't. 5. Patrick would tell us something, then keep walking while we we speaking, trying to clarify something. ( As someone with a hearing impairment, it is hard to understand what someone is saying when they are speed walking away from you... plus manners, anyone?) I understand that they are busy, waiting half an hour to just be helped was common, over the three days we spent multiple hours up there. Whomever detailed the car left it wet and it destroyed a piece of clothing that I wore.Hi Linda, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Disappointed
by Mariaan on 07/17/2023I have not had any issue until now. I took my car in for an oil change and they also supposedly fixed a flat on one of my tires. I had to take vehicle back since tire pressure light was still turning on for same tire. I also needed state… inspection performed. I took vehicle in at time of my appointment and waited 3 hours for them to tell me nothing had been done to the car and I had to take it back another day because all the techs were gone. I made another appointment and had to go back another day and waited another 3 hours for the work to be performed. I was charged a second time for the tire to be fixed because they did not know if it was the same tire from the previous time because a tire rotation was done. They were not able to confirm that the work had actually been performed the first time because they were not sure what tire it was. Very disappointed since my vehicle was not serviced in a timely manner even though I had an appointment and I had to pay for a flat tire twice that I am pretty sure was the same tire.Hi Mariaan, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. 5 hrs waiting for nothing

I was left waiting for 5hrs to then be told that some type of bs about the headlights that do not make sense and the rattling I have… to come back but with no follow up appointment or anything. Beware of Service Department

After looking into the matter myself and thankful for YouTube I fixed it myself for less than $40 dollars. The problem was a speed sensor… which only one was bad but decided to replace bothHi James, we appreciate you taking the time to respond.
