Oil change

onAs I arrived I was greeted then approached by a team member with a printout of a bill for approval. I responded that I have a warranty for all services he asked are you sure? I said yes then he asked if I bought an additional warranty and I verified for a third time yes. Then he proceeded to walk me to the computer for further verification. I then waited for almost 2 hours for an oil change. I have been a Toyota customer for over 13 years and recently the oil changes are taking hours to complete. I made my appt first thing in the morning but it made no difference. I wasn’t given a timeframe but knew it wasn’t going to be timely from last few visits.
