    The service writer was awesome, this is my first time getting service at this location. I usually go to cedar park. Just 2 small things annoyed me, my radiator was not topped off and my windshield wiper fluid was not filled, it was left more than half empty. Just not the white glove treatment at south Austin as cedar park.

    Had an excellent service visit to Autonation Toyota for my 45,000 mile check. The representative was courteous and explained everything clearly. Service was completed coy and in areasonable amount of time.

    An oncoming truck forced me into a curb, which messed up my front end, suspension, wheels and tires. I immediately called insurance and had my car towed to AutoNation. Jason Alves, my service rep, took care of everything, and kept me informed of delays due to supply issues and wrong parts sent. He ensured the work was properly completed and my car would be back to great performance. They even washed my car for me! I hope I don’t have to use collision services again, but if I do, AutoNation Collision will be my go-to.

  • Excellent sales service, waiting on mngt to honor warranty

    Salesperson was helpful and personable, went out of his way to help us get our used car home. I am still waiting to hear from sales manager to honor the 90 day/2,000 mile warranty I was told AutoNation would provide— my mechanic documented CV joint that needs to be replaced and a few other things (ie rear taillight that is out) that I would think AutoNation would have found when they inspected the vehicle before putting it out in the pre owned inventory. I shared the report with them a week ago and still waiting for manager to contact me. So for now, I have to answer to NO to honoring all commitments, but that may change.

  • Great Service in a difficult situation

    I needed an odd repair. The service advisor told me we needed to replace the steering column on my 2013 Avalon. I was not pleased with this but it had to be done. Once it was repaired I drove home. The next day the car was not operational, the gears would not engage. Now I was told the actuator needs to be replaced. Again, they replaced it. The truth is this. The repairs reflect a 10-year-old car. I have n the ten years NEVER had any repairs. The cost ($1,200) of the actuator was covered by the service department. I was very grateful. I love my Avalon and I am pleased with the AutoNation service. My care in ten years has only been served and repaired by the Toyota Dealership. I expect to keep it for another ten years.

  • Dealership is the way to go

    After looking for an SUV for months online and test driving some of them, I came to the conclusion that the best way to go about making an important purchase is with a dealership. Toyota Autonation is one of the best dealerships around, because they take pride in their history and stand by their product. Would recommend to anyone making a vehicle purchase.

    I received a call from a representative informing me of a recall for my truck. We scheduled an appointment and the service was completed a couple of days later. I was alerted ahead of time of the amount of wait time for the service and the vehicle was returned as promised.

  • Vehicle recalls

    After confirming appointment, parts, and recalls; I arrived at the dealership to find out that out of the 3 recalls received by mail, dealership only showed one, then after waiting for 1.5 hours the dealership inform me that they didn’t had the part to perform the repair and that they will have to order it,

    They don't provide a timeframe so can't say if it was on time. It does take them a while but I understand. I had an alignment and a tire rotation done. I hope that it was done properly. I have no way to determine that, but I trust Tony Do, the service advisor. He seems to listen and has a very calm demeanor which I like. Thank you.

    I had a great experience buying a new vehicle from the Autonation Toyota South Austin location. My salesman Barry Isbell was very helpful and friendly. Helped me get the exact vehicle I've been looking for. Only downside was waiting on finance team. Even after being approved and credit check being done, it was the longest part of the process waiting to sign papers.

  • Worst service ever

    Erick was the guy supposed is going to help me, I wait 30 minutes to this guy, get my car and ask for the service for 20 k, He ask if I want to get extra services, I say no, just the included in the service for 20 k, two hours later pick my car. This guy only rotate my tires, I ask why you only do that, he answered, because you don't want to pay extra. Terrible attitude, terrible costumer service, and I need finish my car service, oil, filter, all the things missing.

    Usually a good experience. This time around it took over 30 minutes to get checked in even with an appointment. Service advisor said he was busy writing an email. When my car was ready, I got a text that it was ready to go. I go to get my keys and head to wait on service advisor because he was busy bs'ing with another employee.
