Not what they used to be :(

onThis has always been my go to dealership and where I bought my cars for over 20 years, but their customer service has deteriorated and it is always crowded :( This last time I had to pay them $150 for one diagnostic code when I got 3 codes from OReillys for free! It seems they used that one code to tell me I need to pay $4400 for a new hybrid battery :( I did my own research and know there are many alternatives :( I think I will have to find a new place :(
