EXCELLENT BMW SERVICE

He kindly planned according to my schedule as I had requested how long each service would take and if I would be able to make my… other appointments in time. Mr. Smith did however not only give me an accurate time frame, he swiftly had the Arlington team take care of my vehicle and had me receive my vehicle before his estimated time. I have to give thanks to everyone at the Arlington BMW for taking care of myself and my vehicle.Service

Tire replacement
by Gil650i on 05/21/2024Took my 2016 BMW 650i because of a flat tire. At first I thought the tire was under warranty because of extensive work done in June 2016. Later on I found out that only 3 tires had been replaced. However, it took some time and effort for… the service advisor to find that 2023 service order. Finally, the invoice was found and only 3 tires were replaced but not the one needed to be replace. All good and they replaced the tire.There was a bit of confusion initially, but we're glad that our service advisor was able to locate the necessary information and get your tire replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in finding the service order, and we appreciate your patience. Thank you for choosing us.

by MovieDoc on 04/21/2024I’ve been driving BMW’s for many years ( around 40 actually). I’ve been exposed to some dealership service departments that are just OK. One that wasn’t OK at all! ( they don’t exist any longer) And a few that were quite good but I have to… say that the very best I’ve ever experienced is with the Service Department at BMW of Arlington, Texas! Headed up by their Service Director, Mr. Chuong Nguyen , this dealership’s Service is truly exceptional. It’s thorough and customer driven! BMW Repeated visits
by mstan1215 on 04/15/2024I brought my car in and had to turn around and bring it back twice now within 3 miles of leaving the dealership because the same light is on “drivetrain malfunction”. Thus, they didn’t repair what they said they would and I am $8k in 2024… alone not to mention the near $5k from 2023. We still don’t have a resolution as my car was returned and I’m waiting. I have no confidence that a certified BMW technician looked at it and they’ve lose all credibility. No response from service

He stopped what he was doing and helped me, and gave good advice. So he’s stuck with me now!Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Excellent Customer Service

Car was going to stay over the weekend due to parts on order, but my service advisor called other dealers to get parts and all was done… same day. Had a minor hick-up and returned Monday morning and my service advisor took care of it and was in/out top 20 mins. Issues happen it all depends on how it gets resolved and I am very satisfied with everything.We appreciate your positive feedback about the service experience for your car.
