Truly outstanding service!

I’ve been driving BMW’s for many years ( around 40 actually). I’ve been exposed to some dealership service departments that are just OK. One that wasn’t OK at all! ( they don’t exist any longer) And a few that were quite good but I have to say that the very best I’ve ever experienced is with the Service Department at BMW of Arlington, Texas! Headed up by their Service Director, Mr. Chuong Nguyen , this dealership’s Service is truly exceptional. It’s thorough and customer driven! Without a doubt the best dealership for service I’ve ever experienced!
