Tire replacement

onTook my 2016 BMW 650i because of a flat tire. At first I thought the tire was under warranty because of extensive work done in June 2016. Later on I found out that only 3 tires had been replaced. However, it took some time and effort for the service advisor to find that 2023 service order. Finally, the invoice was found and only 3 tires were replaced but not the one needed to be replace. All good and they replaced the tire.
