Took my car for service Friday for a pretty decent service. Got a loaner and all took about 15-20 mins. Car was going to stay over the weekend due to parts on order, but my service advisor called other dealers to get parts and all was done same day. Had a minor hick-up and returned Monday morning and my service advisor took care of it and was in/out top 20 mins. Issues happen it all depends on how it gets resolved and I am very satisfied with everything.
