Great service

They also offer options to the customer to make the wait time manageable. I like that they wash your… car after the car has been serviced. My sales representative James Howard greets me and he makes sure that I am being taken care of. Excellent Service

Buyer beware
by Cartalk21 on 08/23/2015I am very surprised on the rave reviews. Was in I the dealership for 2.5 hr(which should have taken 30-40 min). Looking around customer also waiting ,had facial expressions as if they've been on a flight delay for 10 hrs. Of course that is… there tactic! Wear you down so you will just say yes to get over. Had final price negotiated prior to coming in. But when they presented the proposal sheet,they charge me more than agreed upon,tacked $199 etch fee,charged $177 to transfer my own plates and charging me the manufacture rebate instead of crediting me. Must be new math!! They did not like when I question their calculation. Eventually it was changed. Even the finance director (Joseph) steps in rudely to show me I was mistaken. Even trying insult me by asking "if this was my first purchase and when did I buy my last car." Math is math! Where did you learn to add and subtract...".dealer scam university".He kept insisting that taxes paid from sales price then apply the rebate credit afterward( do you buy an item ,pay the sales tax then get the discount afterward??)They insisted that they sell 200 cars a month and that is how it's done. Well, Mr financial director(aka mr math wizard) ,your own manager had to admit error and show on the final bill of sale that the rebate is applied prior to the tax. Moral of the story: we all make mistakes but no need to be RUDE.It only shows your ignorance. Most of all ,consumers do your homework and look over your proposals. These dealers are trying to squeeze every penny without your knowledge and pretend they have your best interest . FYI :I had purchased cars from porsche, lexus, Acura, Honda, Volvo, and other toyota dealers . Never seen such poor behavior from a dealership(spitzer toyota). Poor upper managers! I do give 5 stars for Colin .my young salesman who got caught in this crossfire but was trying to be helpful.We appreciate you providing this feedback as the opinions of our customers mean a lot to our team. I can assure you that the negative details you've mentioned do not reflect our typical business practices nor do they live up to our professional standards. They were straight forward with their answers, which made the whole process much quicker and painless. They both… worked together well as a team. I would buy another car from both of them in the future. This dealership was superior to all the other Toyota dealerships as far as customer service and pricing. It allowed us to search for vehicles that had the features we were looking for. I had an email response… from Deborah Belchik, who helped arrange to have a salesman (Ken Mashraky, who had been recommended to me by someone else) show the car to us. Mr. Mashraky treated us courteously, answered our questions, and used his professional expertise to help us become owners of our new Corolla S Plus. We are very happy that Mr. Mashraky was there for us. Mr. Ben Snedden, who arranged our financing, also took good care of us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We thank Spitzer Toyota for the trade-in allowance on my old Camry. I will happily recommend Spitzer as a dealer and Ken Mashraky as a salesman to friends and family. Furthermore, I am very confident about using Spitzer's Service Department to take care of my Corolla.Great Buying Experience - 100% Recommend

I didn't have to haggle over the price of the vehicle (it was priced exactly between clean retail and clean trade-in). The sales representative, Gary, greeted me before I even walked… in the door and at no point tried to force a sale. The "Finance Guy," Ben, found me the best deal that matched my payment options and found me the best APR with my sub-par credit. I was already a huge fan of Toyotas, just based on their reliability, affordability, and the fact that any mechanic can fix a problem cheaply and effectively should one occur. Now, I am a fan of Spitzer Toyota (specifically in Monroeville) and they have gotten a customer for life, regardless of where I happen to be living at the time.
