onThe service department really provides accurate information on how long the customers wait time will be when getting their car serviced. They also offer options to the customer to make the wait time manageable. I like that they wash your car after the car has been serviced. My sales representative James Howard greets me and he makes sure that I am being taken care of. In preparation for the end of my lease, James makes me aware that he is looking for the right car for me based on my likes and dislikes.
