I appreciated the lack of drama that this experience had. I didn't have to haggle over the price of the vehicle (it was priced exactly between clean retail and clean trade-in). The sales representative, Gary, greeted me before I even walked in the door and at no point tried to force a sale. The "Finance Guy," Ben, found me the best deal that matched my payment options and found me the best APR with my sub-par credit. I was already a huge fan of Toyotas, just based on their reliability, affordability, and the fact that any mechanic can fix a problem cheaply and effectively should one occur. Now, I am a fan of Spitzer Toyota (specifically in Monroeville) and they have gotten a customer for life, regardless of where I happen to be living at the time.
