onEasy to set up appointment; callback to provide information on what vehicle needed was prompt and clear; recommendations were logical and in line with what was expected (no unnecessary service recommended, etc); price was reasonable given expected hourly rate for dealership service staff; discount coupons available to assist in cost; everyone dealt with was friendly and helpful; vehicle was cleaned very well
