Erika and Jared returned all my calls, initiated calling me, updating me on what Highlanders they found at other dealerships. They were straight forward with their answers, which made the whole process much quicker and painless. They both worked together well as a team. I would buy another car from both of them in the future. This dealership was superior to all the other Toyota dealerships as far as customer service and pricing.
