  • Service good, communication not so great.

    I assumend that, since I made an appointment for an oil change for 10 am, and I was waiting, my car would be worked on relatively quickly. After 2 hours, I was told that it didn't matter when my appointment was, customers had to "wait their turn". South Pointe needs to clarify that, when I book on line and when I check in my car. As I was waiting for additional work to be done on my car, I overheard my serviceman tell another couple that he would try to get their car in right away. South Pointe needs to get their stories straight.

    They changed not only oil but told me there was a leak from brake oil container and top it off. Great people and great service. I have take back to fix the engine light popped up. Thank you South Point Staff.

    Great experience with South Pointe Honda. The ease of dealing with Joseph Kaczorowski and Austin Jester online made for a quick visit to the dealership when we got the deal done.     Very pleased with the SPH service department. Service advisor Matthew Armstrong did a great job. He was very courteous and made sure my Honda was serviced as required. He went over the inspection findings and explained future maintenance requirements to ensure my Honda will continue to perform. Lynn is another person at the service department who always follows up to ensure complete satisfaction. SPH is the BEST Honda dealership in Tulsa area!!!

    My wife and I have been doing business here since 1998 with our first CRV, first as Joe Marina and now South Pointe. I have purchased 4 CRV's in that time, a 98 an 02 a 2014 and this 2019. Our experiences have always been.positive, both from sales and service, we have almost never needed any repair on our crv's,.nothing on the 98 that i remember, a throttle sensor on the 02, nothing with the 14 and nothing of note with our 19, my wife and i have no reservations about highly recommending this dealership, both our sales experience and having our car serviced here, our 2019 is simply wonderful, it's a pleasure to drive and take trips in, both long and short.

    Not the best!!. They tried to make money by disclosing the monthly payment but not the interest rate for the loan. I told them I was already approved by my bank and the monthly payment was considerably lower. When I asked what the Interest rate was, they played dumb. After asking me what interest rate my bank quoted and I refused,to tell them, they magically quoted me a rate in line with what my bank quoted. Also, details matter. They sold me a car with two damaged key fabs,. It's my daughter's 1st car. Fix the obvious. I shouldn't have to negotiate this. The dealer has the resources to fix them. So replace them and charge more for the car

    Made an online appointment for oil change and tire rotation, arrived almost 20 min ahead of appointment but they quickly got me in without issue. An hour later my car had gone through the inspection and all service completed and ready for me to pick up vehicle! Matthew was very professional, greeted me immediately, kept me informed as the service progressed and got me on my way. Very professional and welcoming me as I am a new customer having recently relocated from Alabama.
