Got the job done…late and with poor communication

onWas told I could receive same day service for cable recall if I took my car in first thing in AM. Arrived at assigned time (820 AM) and after not hearing anything all day, we called around 5 to check in. We were told the car wouldn’t be available until the next day at 12. When I called to verify car was ready the next day, I was told “I didn’t think we’d get it done until Monday!” I had oil changed by same dealer in Jan and was told that completing the review would earn me 2 gas fill ups. I asked for one of these during this service. They said they would do it but did not do it.
