Dealership Service Review
Called and scheduled an appointment for B7 maintenance. Was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I planned to wait. When I arrived the next day for the appointment I had to wait for a service advisor. Then was told it would take 3 + hours since they were very busy even though I had an appointment. So I took the shuttle home. When I picked up my van the key number on the ticket was incorrect so I was giver the wrong key fob. I was sent out to locate my van. There were three odysseys all the same color in the area. They were all backed in so I couldn’t see the license plates to determine which was mine. Upon pressing the key fob a CRV blinked its lights. So I had to get the service advisor to find my key. Very poor service compared to the Toyota dealer where we take our other vehicle.
